I'm in Sofia, Bulgaria for an ICANN board retreat. I was on Bulgarian National Television a few minutes ago talking about Blogs.
The first question was, "So... What is a blog?" It's been awhile since I answered that question.
UPDATE: Just had an interesting meeting with Ivailo Kaflin, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs. He just set up a blog and made the Ministry's website CC-BY. Of course, Veni Markovski is behind this.
